RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain church database
- Manage and update church website and podcast
- - >Communicate with developers to keep church website updated.
- - >Updating website content (e.g., event information, weekly bulletin)
- Communication with graphic designer for church assets (e.g., print, screen)
- Managing church social media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) and newsletter
- Manage church correspondence (e.g., letters, emails, bills, e/mail to congregants)
- Administrative and logistical planning for church events
- Office organization (e.g., supplies, errands)
- Assist pastoral administrative needs (e.g., calendar management, G-Suite, PowerPoint/Keynote presentations, creation of aliases)
